Source materials:
- Send photographs of the requested object, ideally from several angles, together with its approximate dimensions.
Digital 3D model:
- Preparation of a 3D model based on the actual availability of brick shapes and colours.
- Preparation time: 1 week.
- Charged according to the price list.
Physical sample (optional):
- Optional production of a physical sample for approval, followed by shipment or photographs.
- Sample production time: 1 week.
- Sample delivery time: 2 weeks.
- Charged according to the price list.
Approval and box artwork:
- Approval of the 3D model or sample.
- Preparation of the box artwork from the supplied materials.
Main order production:
- Production and packing of the set.
- Main order production time: approximately 3 weeks.
Main order shipping:
- Air freight: approximately 2–3 weeks, available on request at an additional charge.
- Ground freight: approximately 5 weeks, included in the price.
- Sea freight: approximately 10 weeks, price reduction available on request.
Shipping time is added to production time.
